The board of directors at your healthcare organization have asked you to prepare a presentation in which you discuss your plans for securing the success of your healthcare organization for the next several years. You decide to focus on the following two aspects: training promising employees to become future leaders within the organization, and
preparing for future changes in healthcare policy. Prepare a PowerPoint presentation in which you will describe the importance of developing a mentoring program for potential leaders within your healthcare organization, and you will explain how changes to healthcare policy can affect the operation of your healthcare organization. In addition, your presentation should explain how you intend to prepare for such changes in policy. This presentation should consist of at least 10 slides, not counting the title slide and reference slides. You must use at least two scholarly sources, one of which can be your textbook. At least one additional source should come from the Waldorf Online Library. All resources used must be cited and referenced properly using APA formatting.
