Briefly describe the leadership philosophy you have developed throughout this class.
Finally, you will need to describe the action steps you can take to continue to develop your personal leadership capacity. I suggest sharing 3-5 action steps you can take. I also suggest having at least one immediate step, 1 or 2 steps for the next 6 months and 1 or 2 steps 1-2 years in the future.
Remember, the purpose of this assignment is to have you not only reflect on what you have learned and explored this semester”¦It’s meant to be a guide for you and your development for months and years to come. So, take your time with it and remember there are no perfect action plans. This is a living/breathing document. And something you should revisit at least twice a year to see where you are making progress, what changes you want to make based on life circumstances, etc.
