You will also have the opportunity to practice creating an audio visual presentation which can be important both in the job market and as a marketing tool and a client service skill. Once you learn how to create an audio visual presentation, you can send a link to a client or to a potential employer which allows them to hear your explanation of your visual presentation.
Fiduciary duties (as part of the real estate professional duties) are an essential component in governing your actions both with your client, the clients of others, and to unrepresented third parties. In a 10-12 slide PowerPoint presentation with audio, which includes the title and references slides, describe what these duties are and what duties you owe to clients and to others involved in a real estate transaction. Use three to four bulleted points per slide and place your notes below the slide in the notes section. Include at least three references from sources outside your reading in your slide presentation.
