Background
There are many ethical issues for managers to handle in the workplace. Common issues are a toxic workplace culture that needs to be evaluated and replaced through a strategic plan. Another issue is unrealistic goals that may be set for the workforce and specifically areas in the company that are affected by achieving bonuses or other benefits. 
Technology is another area of ethical conduct that managers need to supervise and ensure the workforce is adhering to policies. The main ethical issue that remains to plague organizations is discrimination and harassment. Laws are in place to protect employees from discrimination and harassment. Organizations can be significantly affected by lawsuits and reputation if faced with discrimination and harassment issues. (Ferrell et all, 2022) (www.dol.gov) 
Instructions
Review Chapter 9 specifically in your book for the final assignment. Create an ethics audit for an organization of your choice or a fictious company. You can use an event that caused a company to have a legal or reputation issue due to one of the common workplace ethical issues noted in the background for the assignment.  
The audit plan can be a policy or process with detailed steps or a model that you create and explain step-by-step in directions below the visual. Create this audit plan so it is complete and can be implemented in an organization.
