This essay should be about five pages long (without including title page and list of cited references).

B] Use as many specific concepts and contents (no vague reference to the course content accepted) from this course to develop your argument either in favor or against that Supreme Court ruling.
C] Can you identify any direct and/or indirect violence (see the textbook definition[s]) associated with this conflict?
