Establishing healthy habits in children at a young age can stay with them for life. Another reason for choosing this topic is to provide opportunities to families to know each other, collaborate, and build a network to help each other.

My biggest concern about hosting this workshop is that I may have children and other family members with physical restrictions to participate in the fun activity fully. Another biggest concern is the limited gym capacity may not allow for the more massive crowd.
