Select something you feel strongly about from your school, or personal life. it can be an idea, such as why companies need to enforce strong ethical guide-lines or give new hires more access to leaders or why the person you are writing to should buy a different computer, take a particular course, read a book, build an aquarium — whatever. write a persuasive memo to the relevant person using as many of the techniques covered in this chapter as you can, including the graphic guidelines. then list techniques you incorporated and identify the corresponding examples.
