I expected to be a more transformative leader than being transactional. Besides, I
expected my personality score to depict my personal values and attributes. Lastly, I am
glad about my score on emotional intelligence. It shows my stability and effectiveness on
managing emotions and handling personal issues.
3. Seeing these results, are there things I want to improve upon? How can I go about
improving on them?
Yes, I should improve on some issues especially from the MBTI test. The ISFJ score
being a defender trait means that am judging and introverted which I think I need to work
on. This is because, being a judging person may affect my reasoning on practical issues
as I may employ my mood and emotions leading to poor or wrong judgement. Besides,
having an introvert trait needs to be adjusted in the positive scale since it limits my social
ability to seek help from people when need arises. I should be more welcoming and
outgoing to create more friendly relationships with people around me. Besides, I should
improve on managing emotions by seeking help from people eg therapist. I should also
do body exercises and workout. This will help improve my mood and be a happy person.
