Describe thesocial determinants of health and explain how those factorscontribute to the development of this disease.
Discuss theepidemiologic triangle as it relates to the communicable disease youhave selected. Include the host factors, agent factors (presence orabsence), and environmental factors. Are there any specialconsiderations or notifications for the community, schools, orgeneral population?
Explain the role of the communityhealth nurse (case finding, reporting, data collection, dataanalysis, and follow-up) and why demographic data are necessary tothe health of the community.
Identify at least one nationalagency or organization that addresses the communicable diseasechosen and describe how the organizations contribute to resolving orreducing the impact of disease.
Discuss a globalimplication of the disease. How is this addressed in other countriesor cultures? Is this disease endemic to a particular area? Providean example.
