Use APA format to cite any material you take directly from a source or paraphrase
Your response is due in Week 7 by Sunday at 11:59 p.m.

Instructions:
During the duration of this course you have engaged in several activities that you will draw upon and in some instances include in the final project submission.
o You have identified a company to research and analyze
If you are enrolled in the Masters of Healthcare Administration program you are required to select a healthcare entity for this project
o You have selected a project partner(s), from among your peers, who is also researching an organization that is different from the organization you are researching o You have thoughtfully prepared interview questions that will aid you in better understanding the operational aspects of the organization you are analyzing o You have interviewed at least one employee from the organization you are analyzing to gather relevant operational information and insight (If you work for this organization you must interview at least one other employee to gain additional perspective) o You have developed and maintained, with your project partner(s), a Gantt chart to schedule the tasks necessary to complete this assignment by the designated due date
Drawing upon this foundational work, proactively complete activities that will enable you, together with your project partner(s), to prepare the final project to include the following:
