In this module, you learned routine and non-routine decisions. You also learned about the decision-making process that we often formally or informally use when making non-routine decisions. If you had to make a decision today about applying for that career you wrote about in Module 1, how would you decide how to proceed using the decision-making process. Or you can detail another big professional decision you have had to make or will make soon. Create an infographic (Canva or elsewhere) or SmartArt (Microsoft Word) that lays out the decision-making process specific to the non-routine decision you are/will be making. Additionally, address the importance of ethical decision-making when making decisions as an organizational leader.
