Describe how your clinical observation went. What went well? What would you have liked to do better?
How did you feel about the process of being observed? What helpful or constructive feedback did you receive? What do you think you can learn the most from the person who observed you? If you could ask him or her a question about good clinical practice what would it be?

Supervision Meeting Reflection         

What specific theories, frameworks, or other multidisciplinary perspectives were relevant in your supervision meeting? How did you apply them to your work at the agency?
What feedback and suggestions did your supervisor provide in this supervision meeting? How did you feel about them? What will you do about those suggestions and feedback, specifically?
How did you demonstrate Christ-like attitudes, values, worldviews, and ethical and professional behavior in your practicum and/or supervision session? Provide specifics. If you did not demonstrate these qualities, how will you ensure that you do so before your next supervision meeting?
FEEDBACK FROM SUPERVISOR: Continued research with cultural barriers and assistance with transportation for non-English speaking clients. The supervisor also suggested for me to keep doing what I’m doing with being myself and offering a bridge to close the gap in the community for patients to ensure they feel welcomed and heard
