reply 1 A collaborative software solution I was introducrd to in the last three years was Microsoft Teams. Teams is integral to my organization as we have employees all over the state, some of which are customer facing and need answers quickly. The instant messaging feature of Teams aolves this problem. Additionally, the video conferencing in Teams is very user friendly, and allows for those of us from all over to stay connected. You can record meetings within teams, share your PowerPoints directly to a meeting, take notes, and more. It has been essential and has met and exceeded all expectations. The frequent updates ensure the software is up to date and does not encounter many issues. Additionally, you can create channels for certain groups of people, which has allowed us to utillze teams for various project teams for file sharing, meetings, and more. This makes us more efficient, connected, and collaborative. Prior to Teams, we had Skype for Business, which was useful as an instant messaging platform but lacked the robust suite of features offered to us with Teams.reply 2 Hello class,I run a small business that specializes in Drone (sUAS) photography. I am a licensed Drone pilot through the FAA and work in all conditions. I used the software called Dropbox. This software allows other pilots to upload photos and videos from remote locations without having to bring SD cards to me personally. This software also allows my network of editors to get realtime alerts when new content is uploaded so that they can work on getting projects done in a timely manner without having to rely on me letting them know they have content to work on. Dropbox also allows me to create folder to organize client content and to appoint staff to these projects as well. This software was very useful during the COVID pandemic, and I still use it to this day. As my business continues to grow, I will need to use all of this softwares tools and features to keep track of not only who has access to assets but when they are uploaded. This is a software my business will continue to use.
