Project Scope Through a Needs Analysis

What are the needs of the organization as they apply to your project? How will you find out? Identify the needs analysis technique you would use, list the aspects/data you would be assessing, and create a sample needs assessment instrument (survey questions, interview questions, observation protocol, etc.). Refer to the Needs Assessment Strategies for the technique and what data is essential. Once you have these established, look at the goals you listed in Section 2 of the Project Charter. Describe what adjustments will need to be made to take into consideration the possible results of your needs analysis.
Your post will have two parts.
The first part is an explanation of what needs you will be assessing and how that relates to your goals listed in Section 2 of the Project Charter.
The second part is the assessment itself. Please provide a copy of the needs assessment instrument you will use.
