The assignment is to choose a hotel located on Long Island and identify green operating activities that will reduce resource use, while assuring guest and staff comfort, for all of the major operating systems of the hotel.
Discuss how the property design incorporates a green guideline. Using building materials, Furniture Fixtures & Equipment as well as wall coverings, flooring and floor covering and other interior products and materials that will ensure the hotel will meet the AH & LA guidelines for a Green property.
