Title Page
Introduction

Start with a strong argument, followed by a stronger one, and end with the strongest argument as your final point. Present both sides of the issue if this is a controversial one.
Recommendations and Conclusion
Conclusion is where you form a summary of all your arguments so you can arrive at your final position. This is where you may have your own recommendations supported by the facts you presented above.
