IT Project Risks Discussion

Risksand their management are critical to the successful completion of anyproject. Think about the ten “Knowledge Area?” of Project Managementthat we have discussed in class. With those as a starting point, describe two different kinds of risks that an IT project might face.Example: One knowledge area is Project Quality Management. A potentialrisk to any IT project is the risk that the quality of work produced bythe project team does not meet the quality standards defined for theproject. Think of two more in different knowledge areas. Then give abrief description of steps you could take to deal with that risk, andstate whether those steps mitigate, accept, transfer or avoid it.
