Internship in OFSAT Engineering Company Training Details Technical Report
Task(s)
Make a comprehensive technical report after completion of the internship in “Ofsat company co.”. The report should be clear and easy to understand for readers having general engineering information, and its length should not exceed 1500 words. Moreover, it should be signed by the student’s Supervisor at the company to assure accuracy and to ensure that no company sensitive information is compromised.
1. Acknowledgement
This is a vote of thanks to individuals or parties that help throughout the industrial training session including the academic and industrial supervisors. This part will not exceed one (1) page of the Technical Report.
2. Company Profile
You should describe the overview of the host Industry which includes company background, major businesses, annual production, and major customers. This will serve as the detailed introduction to the organization.
3. Training Details
Training details is the most important content to be included in the report. In this part, you explain four manufacturing/production processes of the industry/company. Additionally, the work flow is to be explained clearly together with other assigned tasks that have been carried out during the industrial training session.
4. Recommendation
This part you should identify any two technical problems in the company which are related to its manufacturing/production processes. The identified problems will be discussed with appropriate technical solutions in different ways to pursue alternate paths on company operation and opportunities.
5. Maintenance Program
You should discuss in detail the major maintenance policy and procedure followed by the Industry/company. It will include discussion of Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) practices regularly implemented.
