In September 2012, the Philippines passed The CybercrimePrevention Act of 2012 (or otherwise known as Republic Act No. 10175). Compare and analyze this law with the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act. 18 USC § 1030 and respond to the questions below:

2. Title: For your stimulation
This week we learned about porn as a growing issue in the workplace. Managers are often left with the decision to immediately terminate violators or consider underlying mental issues such as porn addiction, which could partially mitigate the behavior.
Consider this scenario:You’re a manager at a corporate office where you think employee internet protocol and computer monitoring is working just fine. While performing routine maintenance on office computers, IT personnel reports to you that pornography was found on the computers of several employees.
1.What do you do?
2.Does this behavior qualify for immediate termination?
3.Or should an investigation be conducted to determine whether or not the guilty employees have a “porn addiction?
3.Title: Hacking the humans!
Suppose the following: You are a hacker who is determined in obtaining access to a company or entity that you have direct personal knowledge. Identify the entity (company, agency) or type of entity. Then creatively develop a plan for a specific attack that you, as a hacker, would conduct. Describe what you would target at the firm (what are you trying to accomplish with the hack attack) and explain what you would do in each of the phases.
Part 2: ISTR
To demonstrate your aptitude and insight you will develop FIVE question based-on the 2016 ISTR (linked above). You have creative license on this. Have fun with it.
