Write a one-page paper titled problem statement. In the problemstatement, present the mistakes that have been made in thedocumentation, detection, collection, and preservation of the physicalevidence at the crime scene and later in O.J.’s home. Look at the scenesecurity, evidence preservation and chain of custody issues of theevidence. Explain why the unprofessional evidence handling created aproblem for the investigation and prosecution of the case.
Develop two research questions that you like to answer with yourresearch. Those questions should be important to the investigation andthe outcome of the trial.
