The paper should be 3-5 pages in length excluding the title, outline page and reference page. Students should choose a total of 5 or more sources, of which at least 3 are peer-review journal articles or scholarly books. Sources include both general background sources and specialized sources. All sources MUST be cited. The final paper should include a title and reference with in-text citations page and be submitted in APA format.
