The Course Capstone Project involves evaluating a public health program that addresses a public health problem in your community. The project is sustained throughout the course. You are expected to complete work on your Course Capstone Project each week and meet regularly with your learning team for peer feedback.
Your task this week is to:
Analyze and evaluate the data you gathered about the program.
Create a data visualization using Microsoft® Excel (may not have to limit to just Excel here) and tabulate the data you collected using a frequency distribution, percentage distribution, or additional textual display or figure or graph.

Write a 700- to 1,500-word paper summarizing your program evaluation thus far. Address the following in your paper:
Summarize your findings, including findings on the program’s implementation, outcomes, and effects on participants and the community.
Offer conclusions about the value and significance of the program to the participants and the community.
Offer recommendations about how to improve the program and ensure its sustainability.
Justify your conclusions about the evaluation.
Ensure your evaluation considers the perspectives and concerns of the various stakeholders.
Ensure you provide details about the data you collected, the data collection methods used, and the justifications for the conclusions you were able to draw from analyzing and interpreting the data.
