Select one business from this link. Carry out a gool search to learn about the history of these businesses and how they have internationalize their businesses. What countries does the chosen business operate?
Each student selects one business and does a search. We will try not to repeat the same business. In this website there is a number from 1 to 100. We will find a way not to repeat the same business by more than one student. By February 20th, you may do a preliminary research to select one company. If you have any questions, please join the office hours. Collect the following data.
1.Brief history and Year began, the type of business /products/services
Howe many employees or the size of the company.
Countries in operation
-What type of internationalization did they do? E.g. are they internationalize one trade or what kind of particular businesses work in completely different countries.
-Describe the Leadership skill do they have? For more than sixty years the Group has succeeded since of the three critical and joined components:clients,represantatives,and worldwide companies.
-What type of international diversification did they do? What products?
-What internationalization methods did the company use to expand their businesses?
-How have they achieved top 100 businesses status in the region?
-What strategies and uniqueness did you learn about their business?
