Create a complete E-R Diagram from the Rough E-R diagram attached.
 and Data Dictionary. 

The project ppt is included for the context of the project and details.

1. Using a CASE or modeling tool the data model will be verified in a normalized form.  Use visio then its .vsd file is part of deliverables. 
2. Be sure to use proper naming conventions for the entities, attributes, and relationships. 

   Attention should be given to the following:
   2.a Each entity defined in the DFD included and any additional entities defined through the normalization process included in the ERD. 

   2.b The proper keys (primary, foreign, etc.) should be defined for each entity.

   2.c Each relationship between entities fully defined (type of relationship, cardinality, optionality, etc.)

   2.d Each attribute fully defined including the name, description, class abbreviation, valid values if appropriate, etc. 

   2.e Attribute definition can be part of the data model in the CASE or modeling tool or can be a separate document.
