Explanation: I choose Chic Fil A to survey their employees on competencies. This survey is to get them to rate their quarterly review from their supervisor, their team members, pay, and the company itself. I wanted to know what they felt about their system and how Chic Fil A can better serve their employees. This will let management know how employees feel about working for the company and whether or not they will recommend this place of employment to anyone in the future. I also wanted to see what type of relationship the employees had with their supervisor and if they felt that they were treated fairly upon the time they came up for their review. This is very viable information going forward as Chic Fil A continue to grow their business in the future. This will also stop them from having high employee turn arounds and help them build quality relationships with their employees. I noticed that employers keep employees longer when they build a relationship with them and show them appreciation for the hard work that they do. This method will make a employee feel valued and love their job, show up on time and even go the extra mile just because they feel a part of something positive.
