General and Operation Manager
The major tasks that are assigned for the job can be listed as
1. To review the financial statements on daily basis. To analyze all the sales made by the organization and the reports made by the employee. This also includes to have an eye on the performance matrices in order to keep a check on the productivity measures and the goals achieved on daily basis.
2. To coordinate all the business activities that are related to the sales of the product, decisions to be made regarding pricing and the delivery of the product to different parts of the globe.
3. To coordinate all the administrative activities in the organization. This is to assign the tasks to all the employees and to make sure that all these tasks are being performed efficiently and on time.
4. To create the work schedule of all the employees. A work schedules is a detailed report about the timing of the employees, the relationship between the employees and the specific tasks assigned to a specific employee that needs to be performed by the designated employee in the specified time.
5. To monitor the availability of the supplies in the warehouse. This is to make sure that all the supplies are readily available in the warehouse for the employees or the customers ordering these supplies.
If I was a HR manager, I will be making sure that the required candidate for the position must have the following skill sets

2. Leadership qualities
3. Decision Making
4. Extrovert
5. Interpersonal Skills
6. Reports analysis skills.
In order to apply for the position of general and operation manager. One should be taking part in a number of training sessions that can boost the overall confidence of the person. Secondly, one should also be taking lectures and training sessions about the ways to polish the leadership skills. These skills will help the employee during the job. Lastly, some courses are also available online on report generation and analysis that can help the person applying for the position.
If I was to ask specific questions from the employee. I will be asking these four questions.
1. What if two employees are in a fight and does not want to work together, what will be your reaction?
2. What if half of the employees resign from the organization. How will you manage?
3. What if there is a shortage of a specific product in the warehouse. How will you cater this situation?
4. What if your leader is an abusive person and scolds you at every task. What will you do?
The answer to these questions will provide an in-depth information about the way a specific candidate will react under pressure or an incident. Thus as an Hiring Manager, it is important to know the answer to these questions to make sure that the individual is creative enough to find solution to such problems even under all the pressures and never panics in such conditions.
