Let’s try to have a real discussion of the Section 1201 Triennial Review Process. One good resource concerning the latest review was developed by The Ohio State University Libraries. Be sure to post initially by Friday. Begin by discussing what it is, how it works, why it is needed. Then delve into the latest review, what were the results. What exemptions were granted? Which weren’t? Do the results make sense? Then, look with more detail at “the right to tinker.” Have we found the right balance?
